Warren Jones
Having originated in north-central Montana and detoured through northern California, Warren Jones came to Star Valley in 1993 to take a job with the local energy company. He sensed a call from God soon after joining Morning Star’s faith community in 1995 to offer himself as an Elder, and has also led worship and small groups.
He has served as Morning Star’s Pastor since 2003. Warren and his wife, Cherie, have raised four children and are now enjoying five grandchildren.
Warren loves the Morning Star crowd and thoroughly enjoys serving as their Pastor. Since retiring from his day job in 2020, he has more time to enjoy his other loves – travel with Cherie, time with family and close friends, various forms of outdoor recreation, reading (mostly fiction), table games, good food and good films.
